Short answer
Go to facebook.com/pages/create, fill in your business details, add a profile photo and cover photo, and publish. The whole process takes about 15 minutes.
Step-by-step setup
Step 1: Create the page
- Go to facebook.com/pages/create
- Choose "Business or Brand"
- Enter your page name (use your exact business name)
- Choose a category that best describes your business
Step 2: Add profile and cover photos
- Profile photo: Your business logo (recommended: 180×180px)
- Cover photo: A wide photo of your business, team, or product (recommended: 820×312px)
Step 3: Complete your business info
Under "Edit Page Info" add:
- Business description (use keywords customers would search)
- Website URL
- Phone number
- Address or service area
- Business hours
Step 4: Create your username (Page URL)
Set a custom URL like facebook.com/yourbusinessname. Go to Settings → Page Info → Username.
Step 5: Add a call-to-action button
Below your cover photo, add a CTA button: "Call Now", "Book Now", "Send Message", or "Visit Website".
After setup: what to do first
- Invite your personal Facebook friends to like the page
- Make your first 3–5 posts before inviting people (an empty page looks abandoned)
- Post your Google review link and ask followers to leave a review
- Connect to Instagram (if you have one) so you can cross-post
